ACAS as the English Way of Unfair Dismissal Solution

Abstract: This Article deals with Acas (Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service, or abbreviated as ACAS) provides free and impartial information and advice to employers and employees on all aspects of workplace relations and employment law unfair dismissals included. The ACAS provides advice and support to improve organisational performance and quality of working life, an individual conciliation service, meditation, or arbitration. After a brief description of legal framework on judicial solution of dismissals, the main attention is credited to alternative dispute resolutions before Employment Tribunals and by the ACAS. On the first place, the early conciliation seems to be very effective.
