Abstract: One of the motivations to become a member of the armed forces, i.e. the security corps, can undoubtedly be the financial service after the end of the service relationship. In principle, the legislation grants the said right to all members, while trying to use various modifications to reflect the possible commission of a crime by a member of the armed forces. The presented article deals with the relationship of providing a service allowance to a soldier who has committed a crime. In doing so, it points out the shortcomings of the current legislation, which can lead to a completely immoral acceptance of service allowance.
