Questions in proceedings of redemption of a certificates

Abstract: The article deals with the practical problems that appear in the proceedings of redemption of a certificates. The author notes that the new Act on special judicial proceedings follows the rules of Redemption of a certificates which were contained in earlier procedural laws. The creators of the new Act missed an opportunity to alter this procedure. Deficiencies are mostly related to the redemption of the blank bill. The new legislation does not solve the question of who may oppose the redemption of a certificates. The old-new legislation of redemption of a certificates should be changed.
