Abstract: The article comments on the Court of Justice judgment dealing with interpretation of Unfair Commercial Practices Directive that is based on the principle of full harmonisation (C-206/11). The Court has by no means deviated from his previous judgements and principles of the Directive; he confirmed possibility of an ex ante control of commercial practices; however, he excluded an automatic prohibition of a practice only on the basis that it has not fulfilled national procedural rules.
