Judicial Review of the Graduation Exam Result

Abstract: The contribution analyses the decision of Supreme Administrative Court 6 As 68/2012-47 from 19th August 2014, when Supreme Administrative Court concluded, that the decision about the application for review the graduation exam result is able to be reviewed by administrative courts. Judicial review is not limited on procedural questions. In this contribution author deals particularly with a question, whether it is about special area which needs to let bigger scope for discretion of administrative bodies. Author concludes that this allegation is not right and that it is justifiable to realize the judicial review according to principles of full jurisdiction.
