Instruction to authorsThe magazine Jurisprudence has appeared since 1991 in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. The specific aim of Jurisprudence is providing relevant legal information, analyses and discussions on Czech, Slovak and European case law. Jurisprudence monitors and writes upon issues which are relevant for the development of the legal system, legal certainty, legal unity and rule of law. Raising the awareness of the role and function of case law is of the highest importance in former communist countries. Also the membership of the European Union puts European law and its implementation in the centre of the attention. European law and its implementation are covered intensively.
